I refer to your related requests under the Official Information Act 1982
as follows:

The University has no record of an OIA request of this nature in the past.

 

Under section 15A of the Official Information Act 1982, I have extended
the 20-day time limit to 16 February 2015 for responding to your request
on the grounds that consultations necessary to make a decision on the
request, at a time of the year when many of the relevant staff are on
leave, are such that a proper response to the request cannot reasonably be
made within the original time limit.  

 

I will therefore respond to your request as soon as practicable and no
later than 16 February 2015.
