I find it shocking on two counts
1) It shows you're either not monitoring for vaccine safety independently or are obfuscating data that would be in the public interest.
2) You had this data a few months ago so it is the latter.

This has to go to Ombudsman - probably unlikely to help though!! They have the data, it’s not good, hence there effort to not release
