1. Areas of Interest associated with settlement deeds
2. Areas of Interest associated with negotiations
3. Areas, points and lines relating to statutory acknowledgements
4. Areas, points and lines relating to Marine and Coastal areas relating to MACA applications and Crown engagement
5. Areas, points and lines that do not directly relate to MACA applications, including, but not limited to fishing protocol, maitaitai and taiapure.
6. All parcels identified for redress or potential redress.

Please take note that the data requested is relevant to ongoing Marine and Coastal Areas claims as well as the operation of the Resource Management Act. All of the requested information should be publicly available as a matter of principle.

I would prefer that my information request is answered in such a way as to allow any visitor to this website to access the information requested. A viable option would be to provide the information via Koordinates.

Yes, the link is just to Treaty Settlement data.

I will reply separately to the Takutai Moana questions but we are working to make shapefiles for Treaty Settlements for settled groups available online soon (a non defined term at this point). Other people have asked for the same service.
