Thank you for your email below requesting information regarding meetings between Waka Kotahi and CIAL. We have carried out an agency-wide email sweep to find any meeting invites, agendas or any discussions about meetings. The search used keywords: "Meeting" OR "to meet" OR "agenda" (participants:@cial.co.nz). This scan has come back with 2786 items (1.32gb).
In order to fulfil your request we would need to manually open each email and assess whether it falls within scope of your request. Waka Kotahi considers that your request, as currently framed, cannot be met without substantial collation and research and, unless it is refined, is likely to be refused under section 18(f) of the OIA.

We have carried out another email sweep using the keywords you have provided which came up with 894 items. We consider that the task of assessing and collating the emails that are in scope of your request is still too large and cannot be met without substantial collation and research. Unless it is refined further, it may be refused under section 18(f) of the OIA.
Are there any particular keywords form the below list that you would like us to concentrate on? Or are there any additional keywords that must be contained in all emails that would narrow the results down further?
