How did you call for public nomination and on what platform you have call
for public nominations?

 

o The vacancy of Chair for the Wānaka Airport Liaison Committee was
advertised in print in the NZ Herald, Southland Times, Otago Daily
Times, Wānaka Sun, Mountain Scene, Lakes Weekly Bulletin and Upper
Clutha Messenger. It was also advertised through Linked In, the QLDC
website and [1]www.appointbetterboards.co.nz

 

How many applications you have received from the public and how many you
have received from other nominating agencies such as TPK or Ministry of
women etc. further, how many you have shortlisted and interviewed ?

o The expression of interest period has been extended until 24 February
so we are not able to confirm the number of applications, and have yet
to shortlist and interview.

 

The job description of the role and pay rate ?

o See attached position description and pay rate will be confirmed as
part of the Governance Subcommittee recommendation and final Council
resolution.
