Dear New Zealand Fire Service Commission,

I called yesterday (3/11/14) and requested Fire Service staff if they could please provide us with a copy of the call-outs that Fire Service registered for Base Hospital, New Plymouth for the last 12 months, for the whole site - the new Acute Services Bulding as well as the rest of the site.

We have a insurer audit and they have been requesting this information from us.

I will make sure that we have proper documentation in place to prevent such a request to FS in the future
