The request was refused by New Zealand Defence Force.

    Dear New Zealand Defence Force,
Last week, Chief of Defence Force Lieutenant General Tim Keating attended a meeting at Andrews air force base in the US to discuss an anti-ISIS coalition ("NZ joins anti-IS military talks in Washington", 3News, 15 october 2014). The meetign was attended by US President Barack Obama. In an interview with 3News today, Keating claimed that Obama's presence was a complete surprise, and that it had not appeared on "any agenda, any program" for the meeting ("Video: Defence Force 'dropped the ball' on Obama meeting – Chief", 3News, 21 october 2014). I would like to request the following information under the OIA:
* all communications with the USA regarding the Andrews AFB meeting, including all agendas and programs
I would prefer to receive an electronic response. Queries about
this request will be automatically forwarded to me by the
fyi.org.nz website.
With regards to s12 of the OIA, I am an NZ citizen and in NZ.
Yours faithfully,
Alex Harris
