PR plan for NZDF casulaties / killings in Iraq

Dear New Zealand Defence Force,

The NZ government has announced that it will be deploying NZDF personnel to Iraq.
I would like to request the following information under the OIA:

* Does the NZDF have a PR plan for the event that there are NZDF casualties in Iraq? If so, I'd like a copy.
* Does the NZDF have a PR plan for the event that NZDF personnel are implicated in the deaths of iraqi civilians? Again, if so, I would like a copy.

For the avoidance of doubt, PR plan should be understood to include any plan for communicating to the media and NZ public. I'm specifically asking for contingency plans here - neither event has, to my knowledge, occured yet.

I would prefer to receive an electronic response. Queries about
this request will be automatically forwarded to me by the
fyi.org.nz website.

With regards to s12 of the OIA, I am an NZ citizen and in NZ.
