2. I can confirm that I do meet the eligibility criteria as stated by section 12(a) and section 12(c) of the OIA.
3. Furthermore, the OIA does not stipulate that I am required to give evidence in support of my eligibility criteria under section 12, only that to make a request I must be legally eligible.

Dear P Taylor,

 

Please find attached our OIA response dated 19 December 2022 including the
correct copy of the documents for release as set out in Appendix A. As
promised in our response letter, we also attach a copy of the summaries of
Documents 5, 7 and 9 which were referred to in our response letter.

 

Due to a Departmental error made in Appendix A (ie. extra documents were
inadvertently included), we requested for FYI to remove the copy of our
OIA response sent to you on 9 January 2023. We have now fixed this error
with the correct version of Appendix A attached. We do apologise for any
inconvenience.
