Dear KiwiRail,
Could you please provide all information about the subsidence issue on the Western line train in Auckland in October 2022, including but not limited to the timeline for when the issue was discovered and subsidence actions taken, all actions taken to resolve the issue, the recommendations to Auckland transport for their actions during the period, the estimated completion of the repairs, and correspondence with Auckland transport about the issue (including Auckland Transport’s request for information about the completion of the repairs).
