Dear New Zealand Police,

Under the official information act I would like to request the following

1) All Vehicles used and the quantity in the Auckland to area

2) I would like it to be broken down by department, e.g Highway, PST, AOS etc. The Vehicle used and the quantity of them.

3) I would like every single car and its brand and model and its police department

I can confirm that I am a New Zealand citizen and I currently reside in New Zealand.

It is interesting the Police (Malc Pilkington) has suggested the information relating to the number of (two) vehicles in use by AOS and STG be withheld as this would compromise these groups. However by including his thoughts on withholding, Police have accidentally released that information they sought not to release.
