I am writing in regard to your LGOIMA request received 21 September 2022. 
For ease of reference I have replied to your original email.

 

Please find below the responses to your questions raised.

 

 

I request meeting attendance data for councillors for the last term.
Please provide it in the format [councillor], [meetings attended], [total
meetings], [percentage attendance].

 

We do not hold the information in the format you have requested it in,
however please find below a link to the Dunedin City Council website for
the agendas and minutes of meetings held by the Council. The minutes from
each meeting will show who attended.

I also request information relating to internal complaints made about
standing councillors by council staff. This can be expressed in the format
[councillor], [total number of complaints].

I advise that there have been no complaints received about standing
Councillors by Council staff for the last term of Council, being the
2019-22 term.
