Dear Health New Zealand,
Please provide all documentation and correspondence held by the North Regional Health Coordinaton Centre (NRHCC) and any associated entities or former entities within Te Whatu Ora relating to a visit made by Shanan Halbert (MP for Northcote) to a Covid testing station on or near February 19th 2022. The documentation requested should include, but not be limited to, the following: (i) any and all documentation or correspondence regarding the details of the visit such as those present and the sequence of events, (ii) any and all reports, complaints, or correspondence relating to the visit received subsequent to it, (iii) any and all documentation or internal or external correspondence regarding the response to any such report or complaint about the visit, and (iv) any documentation or internal or external correspondence regarding prior OIA requests concerning the visit and any subsequent response to it.
In short, I am seeking all information held regarding the events of the visit itself, any subsequent complaints or other reports of the behaviour of those present, and any subsequent response too such complaints or reports including the response to any prior OIA requests. Such information should include any internal discussion of how to respond as well as actual responses made.
