Dear Ms Greenhalgh,

 

I refer to your request dated 21 September 2014 where you have sought the
following information:

“the court costs and lawyers fees for the ERA case with Ms Gleeson.  Also
how much of this was ratepayers money and does the CEO intend to appeal
the decision made?”

 

The court costs for this matter have not yet been determined.  The lawyers
fees were $160,530.12 excluding GST.  These fees have been paid by Council
and the CEO does not intend to appeal the decision.
