Dear Sir/Madam,

 

Official information request re: sale of Huiarua and Matanui station farms
approved by the OIO.

 

Please supply the following information under the Official Information
Act:

 

1) the identity of the purchaser or purchasers of the Huiarua and Matanui
stations, including any beneficial owners.

2) any and all documents (including emails) held by the OIO which relate
to the OIO’s consideration of and consent to the sale of these stations to
overseas purchaser(s).

 

If you need any more information from, please let me know as soon as
possible.  I understand that a decision on a request for information under
the OIA should be made within twenty working days of receiving this
request.
