Covid-19 Virus Risk of Myocarditis greather than Risk of Myocarditis from Vaccine
Chris McCashin made this Official Information request to Ministry of Health
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Chris McCashin to read recent responses and update the status.
      From: Chris McCashin

    Dear Ministry of Health,
Please provide any and all evidence, research, reports local and international, expert opinions, justification that supports the following statement
"COVID-19 infection increases the risk of myocarditis substantially more than COVID-19
vaccination" - what information has been relied on that Medsafe where you can say the above statement
All of the reports relied on by the Ministry of Health whereby they can say this. Just a few additional points
Myocarditis Cases in NZ
2019-2020 - 39
2020-2021 - 66 (
2021-2022 TBC, but per the Medsafe reporting for AEFI's record Myocarditis as a total of 405 cases for the financial year. This is an increase of 928% if we take the number from the 2019-2020 financial year, and an increase of 507% from 2020-2021. Please note Covid was around in 2020-2021.
Are you able to seperate out the following data.
Specifically looking at this year
2021-2022 - Total number of myocarditis cases - And if the person was vaccinated
eg cases 401 - vaccinated Yes 401 - unvaccinated No 0
Or whatever the case numbers look like.
Please also provide the
Life Expectancy of people diagnosed with Myocarditis - eg average life expectancy, expected life from diagnoses - eg 5 years
Treatment - Please provide medical treatments etc
Proportion of Myocarditis Patients that require heart transplants or they will likely die
Are you also able to provide, given that we know the majority of New Zealanders are vaccinated, how will MOH determine cause of Myocarditis as from Covid-19 or from the vaccine.
I realise you are now caught up in a web of lies and deceit, but don't you think it is time to stop this charade and start saving our children rather than destroying their lives with this experiment - enough damage has been done already - and please don't say the benefits outweigh the risks when MOH can't point to one Risk Benefit analysis and per normal adverse events from a Medicine every time a safety signal is report there is a requirement for a benefit risk assessment. It appears this doesn't relate to this Pfizer therapy. Why are they above the law?
Evidence is quickly mounting up against public officials, and the public will be super angry as more and more children drop dead.
Yours faithfully,
Chris

Kia ora Chris,

Thank you for your request for official information to the Manatū Hauora
Ministry of Health (the Ministry), on 8 August 2022 for the following:

Please provide any and all evidence, research, reports local and
international, expert opinions, justification that supports the following
 statement
"COVID-19 infection increases the risk of myocarditis substantially more
than COVID-19 vaccination" - what information has been relied on that
Medsafe where you can say the above statement
All of the reports relied on by the Ministry of Health whereby they can
 say this.

All reports of myocarditis and pericarditis that the Centre for Adverse
Reactions Monitoring (CARM) receives are published regularly in the
Medsafe Safety Report, publicly available here:
 [1]https://www.medsafe.govt.nz/COVID-19/vac....
Please see [2]Safety Report #43 for information on Myocarditis and
 Pericarditis.

For your information, in mid-March the Ministry of Health launched a
[3]study to find out if people who developed myocarditis and/or
pericarditis following vaccination with the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine had
long-term health problems. International data suggests that for most
people who develop myocarditis and/or pericarditis, their symptoms stop
with appropriate management. However, there is limited data on the
long-term health outcomes of individuals who experience these side
effects. The study is a collaborative effort across the Ministry of
Health, Medsafe, and Centre for Adverse Reactions Monitoring (CARM) to
help us to better understand how the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is working in
Aotearoa New Zealand and to use this information to help manage these
risks.  The findings of this study will be published later this year on
 Medsafe’s website.

Are you able to separate out the following data.
Specifically looking at this year 2021-2022 - Total number of myocarditis
cases - And if the person was vaccinated eg cases 401 - vaccinated Yes 401
 - unvaccinated No 0 Or whatever the case numbers look like.

As noted in the response to your earlier request (H202207093), the
Ministry is unable to provide the data for the number of myocarditis cases
in 2021/2022 as the data is not yet complete.

Please also provide the
Life Expectancy of people diagnosed with Myocarditis - eg average life
expectancy, expected life from diagnoses - eg 5 years
Treatment - Please provide medical treatments etc
Proportion of Myocarditis Patients that require heart transplants or they
 will likely die
Are you also able to provide, given that we know the majority of New
Zealanders are vaccinated, how will MOH determine cause of Myocarditis as
from Covid-19 or from the vaccine.

The Ministry does not hold the data you have requested in these parts of
your request. Therefore, they are being refused under section 18(g)(i) of
the Act, as the information requested is not held by the Ministry and
there is no reason to believe it is held by another agency subject to the
 Act.

Under section 28(3) of the Act you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to
review any decisions made under this request. The Ombudsman may be
contacted by email at: [4][email address] or by calling 0800
 802 602.

    Dear OIA Requests,
Unfortunately you haven’t answered anything. The reports you link to do not support the following statement. “Covid-19 infection increases the risk of myocarditis substantially more than COVID-19 vaccination" - what information has been relied on that supports this statement? Can you please have another go at providing the information I have requested. Reports, data, studies all showing that Covid-19 outweighs risks of vaccination versus myocarditis. Basic question - how many people have developed myocarditis after Covid-19 in NZ? Because there is a 500% increase in the vaccinated only based on NZ stats. And how does MOH determine Covid-19 myocarditis stats if any?
Yours sincerely,
Chris McCashin

Thank you for your request for official information under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act), received on 8 September 2022 requesting:
Unfortunately you haven’t answered anything.  The reports you link to do
not support the following statement. “Covid-19 infection increases the

The Ministry of Health, on behalf of Te Whatu Ora, has decided to extend
the period of time available to respond to your request under section 15A
of the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act). The request necessitates a
search through a large quantity of information and meeting the original
time limit would unreasonably interfere with the operations of the
Ministry. Additionally, the consultations that are necessary to make a
decision on the request are such that a proper response to the request
cannot reasonably be made within the original time limit.
You can now expect a response to your request on, or before, 4 November
 2022.
You have the right, under section 28 of the Act, to ask the Ombudsman to
review my decision to extend the time available to respond to your
 request.

    Dear hnzOIA,
I will review the studies with funding / conflicts and so on
Of the 132 I need to know a sequence of events
Such as
- arrived with chest pains to be checked out at hospital
- had a test and tested positive for Covid-19
- what is their vaccination status
- how many of the 132 cases are recorded in the Medsafe report as from vaccine? It isn’t clear, for all I know these 132 cases could be 132 of the cases that are recorded in the list of AEFIs
Despite the spin you are trying to put on things. Myocarditis is a side effect from the vaccine. This is a fact.
Simple question - how many of the 132 were vaccinated?
Everyone at the Ministry of Health should be looking at testimony of Pfizer executives overseas along with some of the lawsuits that are taking place.
Yours sincerely,
Chris McCashin

    Dear hnzOIA,
Also you failed to provide a response on the following so please look at this - there isn't any such thing as "mild myocarditis" - these people will forever be damaged so I need to know life expectancy, treatments etc
Life Expectancy of people diagnosed with Myocarditis - eg average life expectancy, expected life from diagnoses - eg 5 years
Treatment - Please provide medical treatments etc
Proportion of Myocarditis Patients that require heart transplants or they will likely die
Yours sincerely,
Chris McCashin
