Dear Ruapehu District Council,
At a meeting of the Council on 14th November 2018 the Council approved the following motion moved by Councillor Adie Doyle. "That all correspondence to Council from Committee and Community Board Members shall be in writing between the relevant chairperson and the Mayor." Thus preventing Community Board Members from being able to question the Chief Executive Clive Manley directly on matters of governance and operations. Would you please please supply any and all correspondence between Cr. Doyle and all other members of Council at the time and the Chief Executive Clive Manley with regards to this motion.
