July 2022, requesting the following information  under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act):

 

I am seeking a copy of the email or letter sent to Upper Hutt City Council
and or the proprietors of Silverstream Forest regarding the declining of
their Request for proposal for Infrastructure Acceleration Fund finance.

 

In particular I am looking for the reasons and any documentation related
to the reasons for the rejections and how this relates to the criteria
that the application was assessed under.

 

You can expect to be notified of the decision on your request by 25 August
2022 at the latest, being 20 working days after the day on which the
request was received by Kâinga Ora in accordance with section 15(1) of the
Act.

 

If an extension of time is required to make a decision you will be
notified prior to that date in accordance with section 15A of the Act.

 

We may also contact you if further clarification or refinement of your
request is required to enable a decision to be made.
