I would like a copy of the Request for Proposal for the Infrastructure Acceleration Fund recently submitted by Upper Hutt City Council to Kainga Ora in particular regard to the Southern Growth Area Guildford Development and the Silverstream Spur Reserve. I consider there is sufficient public interest to make at least part of this document public in particular any aspect that relates to the public land known as the Silverstream Spur Reserve.

Thank you for your request to Kâinga Ora – Homes and Communities, dated 9
 February 2022, requesting the following information under the Official
 Information Act 1982
(the Act):
 
I would like a copy of the Request for Proposal for the Infrastructure
 Acceleration Fund recently submitted by Upper Hutt City Council to Kainga
 Ora in particular regard to the Southern Growth Area Guildford Development
 and the Silverstream Spur Reserve. I consider there is sufficient public
 interest to make at least part of this document public in particular any
 aspect that relates to the public land known as the Silverstream Spur
 Reserve.
 
You can expect to be notified of the decision on your request by 9 March
 2022 at the latest, being 20 working days after the day on which the
 request was received by Kâinga Ora in accordance with section 15(1) of the
 Act.
 
If an extension of time is required to make a decision you will be
 notified prior to that date in accordance with section 15A of the Act.
 
We may also contact you if further clarification or refinement of your
 request is required to enable a decision to be made.
