Please confirm the following:
1. Constitutional enactments below are valid and apply today;
2. Does any other legislation, act, statute override these Constitutional enactments;
3. Do these enactments apply to living men and women:
4. Do these enactments apply to a person or persons;
5. Clarity, the magna carta is still valid now as stated in this legislation;
6. Advise if District courts are acting under Maritime or Admiralty Law;
7. Does the Navel Prize act or the prize act apply in the District Courts in “criminal” cases;
8. Does the Navel Prize act or the prize act apply in the High Courts in “criminal” cases;
9. Does the High Court act under this Admiralty Jurisdiction in so called “criminal” cases;
10. Does the District Court act under this Admiralty Jurisdiction in so called “criminal” cases;
All communications be in writing, in plain English and under oath and penalty of perjury, in their reply to this communique;
