I would like to make a request under the Official Information Act for the following:
All advice prepared by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development for Ministers since 1 January 2022, in relation to Kāinga Ora's:
- 2022/23 Statement of Performance Expectations
- Financial and/or non-financial performance in the 2021/22 financial year
- Debt, bond programme or borrowing protocol (current or forecast), including the leaked document dated 17 June
- Long Term Investment Plan
- Retrofit and Healthy Homes Programmes
- Transparency and accountability
- Performance measures and/or targets.
I would also like to request a copy of all reports or briefings prepared by consultants, government agencies or internal parties in relation to the Ministry's Crown entity monitoring function, since 1 January 2022.

Ministry of Housing and Urban Development requesting, under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act), the following information:
All advice prepared by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development for
Ministers since 1 January 2022, in relation to Kâinga Ora's:
- 2022/23 Statement of Performance Expectations

Your request has been forwarded to the appropriate officials to respond.
You may expect a decision regarding your request to be sent to you as soon
as possible, but no later than 20 working days from the receipt of your
request. If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will
notify you of an extension of that timeframe.

Dear Ministerial Service Workflow,
I am writing in relation to my OIA request HUD2022-000313, requesting various advice and papers prepared by the Ministry on the performance of Kainga Ora - Homes and Communities.
Your response to me one week ago stated that "During the consultation process, the Ministry made the decision to publish the documents that are in scope of your request, as well as other documents produced by the Ministry in relation to Kāinga Ora’s performance, as part of a wider proactive release on our website. Therefore, the remainder of your request is refused under section 18(d) of the Act as the information requested will soon be publicly available."
I checked MHUD's website this morning and still can't see any relevant content under the OIA proactively released material. Please clarify when this material will be made available on the MHUD website and provide a list of the documents that fall within scope of my original request made on 18 July 2022.

Thank you for your email regarding the Ministry's response to your OIA
request below.
The Ministry is currently working on a joint proactive release with Kāinga
Ora which includes all documents in relation to the performance of Kāinga
Ora. The Minister will need to be consulted on this proactive release,
however the Minister is currently away and the timeframe for this
consultation is looking to be sometime in October, with the publication of
the documents late October. We can advise you when the publication of the
documents covered in the proactive release has occurred.
In the meantime, please find the list of documents in scope of you request
below. Note one briefing (including the title) is withheld under
9(2)(g)(i) to maintain the effective conduct of public affairs through the
free and frank expression of opinions by or between or to Ministers of the
Crown or members of an organisation or officers and employees of
any public service agency or organisation in the course of their duty.
