Dear Ministry of Health,

Can you please provide a month by month report that breaks down Covid
Cases, Hospitalisation and Deaths by the age and vaccination status of the
individual.  I cannot find any report or model that breaks it down like
so.  Also for honesty purposes, ensuring vaccination status is updated
from the day you get Vaccinated not 14 days after.

0-5 unvaccinated | 0-5 1 shot| 0-5 2 shots | 0-5 3 shots |0-5 4 shots
Cases                
Hospitalisations           
Deaths                                

And so on and so forth in increments of 5 for age, over each month of the
Pandemic.
