Carer support auditor

Response to this request is long overdue. By law Ministry of Health should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

Dear Ministry of Health,

I provide support for two of my grandsons who were diagnosed with severe autism' as a carer support'

I not only provide care' i am not only the blood grandmother' ' but i am also the authorized administrator & executor to act on behalf of the children;

An auditor named Aaron of the auditor and compliance unit under ministry of health has sent a disturbing no reply email response' in relation to conditions of claims;

As an official information request i now ask the audit team to provide me a copy of those conditions'

Request for a copy of the legislation clause relating to these conditions and compliance;

Request a copy of information of what is audited on a carer support claims form once submitted;

Request information: does the auditors receive update information on the circumstances of those that are eligibly assessed by health providers' if so' please release that information' the information should also include support carer information;
