Hospitalization reporting vaccinated vs nonvaccinated

Cole Lions made this Official Information request to Ministry of Health

This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Cole Lions to read a recent response and update the status.

From: Cole Lions

Dear Ministry of Health,

Are vaccinated and non-vaccinated individuals classed as covid hospitalizations using the exact same criteria as each other?

If not, how does that criteria differ?

(Hypothetical example: vaccinated people aren’t considered hospitalizations unless they present covid symptoms whereas unvaccinated people are considered hospitalizations even if asymptomatic)

Yours faithfully,

CSL
