Dear Department of Conservation,
I have become aware of the existence of a 'Steering Committee' making plans for developments on the wahi tapu whenua known as Arai Te Uru, and also as the South Head of the Hokianga Harbour. This whenua currently is administrated by DOC, however it is subject to claims for its return to tangata whenua.
I wish to know the number of people on the committee, their names, and the minutes of each of their discussions and the plans made, or mooted up to the time of my making this request.
