I request the details of any funds transferred to the World Economic Forum and any of the associated bank account with the World Economic Forum including any payments for tickets to the WEF via third parties over the last 10 years.

On behalf of the Treasury, I acknowledge receipt of your email below.
Your request was received by the Treasury on 30 May 2022 and will be dealt
with in accordance with the provisions of the Official Information Act.
Your request requires substantive collation due to the 10 year time frame
you have specified. Currently, it could be refused under section 18(f) of
the Official Information Act as substantial manual collation would be
required to provide the information requested.
As such, I would like to suggest refining your request to information
within the past 5 years. Please confirm whether you would be happy with
this adjustment.
Please note that once you have amended or clarified your request, under
section 15(1AA) of the Official Information Act, the Treasury may treat
your amended or clarified request as a new request that replaces the
original request. This may lead to a new start of the statutory response
period.
The Treasury will not publish your personal contact details or use the
information for any reason other than processing your request. The
personal information you provide is subject to the requirements of the
Privacy Act 1993 and the Official Information Act 1982.

How is it that this request requires substantial collation and then all of a sudden there have been no payments? Not sure if the scope can be refined but I could guarantee funds have gone to that entity or associated entities. As usual obfuscation
