Dear Ministry of Health,

Please provide total number of myocarditis, pericarditis and
myopericarditis (I think) cases since 2000 - 2022

Please break this down into 10 year age brackets and provide in excel
format for the three different heart issue / categories as below

Myo etc - Year - Age 0-10, 10-20 etc - Total Cases
Also in the last couple of years can you seperate as vaccinated or
non-vaccinated
