Dear Chris Hipkins,

A request was made to the Commissioner for Public service and the Integrity and Conduct section of the Public Service to review the actions of
Napier City Council
Napier Police (Eastern Sector Police)
Stuart Nash

It relates to the:
Hospital Hill Subdivision - water damage hidden and land repurchased by NCC
The home invasion of 30 Hospital Tce by council and Police
The use of FTAC by Stuart Nash to hide all evidence of police illegal activity and his abuse of me under the Mental Health Act.

I want the report completed so I may be released from all action by FTAC.
Corruption by a Council and misuse of power by police cannot be tolerated in any level of our society.
This is the second time Stuart Nash has attacked me using FTAC to cover up the events of early 2018 at our home(s).

Chris Hipkins you have been advised before of the events that took place in Napier between Napier City Council and Police and the failure of Stuart Nash to show transparency in his actions. You must not allow this matter to continue.
