Further to my recent request for information about the Environment Court proceedings. I note that the document GWRC has provided entitled: "Affirmation of lain Nicholas Dawe in support of section 293 application 1 October 2021" refers to:
- GWRC contacting all territorial authorities about the matter and also receiving confirmation from those parties (para.36)
- GWRC filing a memorandum dated 23 April 2021 with the Environment Court.(para.37)
Please provide me with:
- in respect of Para. 36 of Mr Dawe's affirmation all correspondence to and from Porirua City Council
- in respect of Para. 37 of Mr Dawe's affirmation a copy of the 23 April 2021 memorandum and a list of recipients.
