For East Cape deep water wharf or Barging:
• Any correspondence regarding Shovel ready project P269 known originally as " Hicks Bay deep water wharf " and the change in project use and scope to "Marine infrastructure"
• Approval by cabinet including dates, to change project from “Hicks Bay Deep water wharf” to “Marine Infrastructure” and or "Barging"
.Approval by IRG ministers including dates, to change project from “Hicks Bay Deep water wharf” to “Marine Infrastructure" and or "Barging".
• Correspondence from any other parties regarding changing designation, use of shovel ready funds from “Deep water wharf” to “marine infrastructure “ and or "Barging"
. Any Correspondence from Sir John Clarke in respect of re-allocation of allocated Shovel ready funds to marine infrastructure or Barging.
. Any correspondence from Shane Jones to reallocate funds from Shovel ready fund for East cape wharf to Provincial growth Fund (or PDU) or change of use from wharf to barging.
