Please provide documentation that outlines the process by which Auckland Transport considers and responds to requests from members of the public to make changes to a road layout or parking restrictions.

For example, is a committee held to consider these requests? Are the minutes recorded? How shall the response be provided to the individual making the request?

Also, in the event of a request which is denied (presumably through an actual legitimate review process) are the requests logged so that Auckland Transport is able to monitor trends?
