As we have seen today at Parliament, thousands of police stormed the campsite, used tear gas, batons and riot gloves to violently assault protestors.

Easy answer to this would have been the truth. The police did not deploy either tear gas or riot batons, (or any other type of baton) when they ended the protest at parliament.
