Didn’t really answer my question just gave me stuff medias opinion on the matter so if I use my Māori ranger card acquired from the Common Law Embassy Nz I won’t be arrested for fraud or anything?

They've answered your question: there are no "signed forms... acknowledge[ing] the Māori ranger diplomatic immunity cards being legitimate". They've also supplied public information in which a police spokesperson explicitly calls them a scam and "unofficial", and asks people to report their use to police. Most people would understand this to mean that they are legally meaningless and not legitimate. (This is also obvious if you bother to read the law the cards purportedly rely on: the Governor-General has not issued an order-in-council specifying that the "Māori Ranger Security Division" is an international entity).
Whether any particular use of such a card is a crime would depend on the context and what it was used for. I recommend you consult an actual lawyer, rather than trying to ask the police for free legal advice.
