• Communications regarding the protest between the Council and Police and other agencies
• Parking infringements data relating to the protest
• Details of the Mayor’s calendar, meetings and communication
As such, we are refusing request under section 17(d) of the Act as this information will soon be made publicly available. Note, the published response will include relevant withholding grounds where applicable. This will be noted in our response.
