Dear Wellington City Council, the johnsonville vege market has been continuously breaching the terms set out by Ian Leary the commissioner who gave the disastrous decision to let the illegal markets to remain open in our suburban street .I have written to the council and to no avail for help. The market operator has advertised opening hours earlier than permitted ,on illegal unconsented signs ,he continues to allow cars to par illegally in carparks he has been told not to use ,and his staff have been abusive to residents verbally .The resource consent hearing and all its legal participants should also have been told about the schools contaminated soil status ,but we were not i would like answers and action to these issues it is our right
Yours faithfully,
