Thank you for your request made under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings 
Act 1987 (the Act), received on 15 February 2022. You requested the fol owing: 
•  For the Council respond to your concerns regarding the Johnsonvil e Markets and the 
asbestos findings. 
 
Please note that this request is not an official information request. The Council has responded to 
the concerns that you have raised regarding the market and asbestos. The Council responded on 4th 
February 2022 (IRC-2894).   
 
Right of review 
If you are not satisfied with the Council’s response, you may request the Office of the Ombudsman
