For as far back as there are records available, I would like breakdowns of ACC’s spending on acupuncture.

Firstly, I would like a breakdown of spending by condition, using, if possible, categories taken from the ACC’s Injury Statistics Tool (http://www.acc.co.nz/for-individuals/inj...):

Ante Natal Injuries
Burns
Concussion / Brain Injury
Corrosive Injuries
Deafness
Dental Injuries
Foreign Body In Orifice / Eye
Fracture / Dislocation
Gradual Onset
Hernia
Inhalation / Ingestion Specific Occasion Inhalation Diseases-Asbestos / Lead Laceration, Puncture Wound, Sting Mental Injury / Nervous Shock Non-Occupational Disease / Infection Occupational Disease / Infection Other Self Administered Drugs / Treatment Soft Tissue Injury Toxic / Adverse Effect Unknown

Secondly, I would like a breakdown of spending based on the treatment used from the ACC’s Acupuncture Treatment Profiles document (http://www.acc.co.nz/PRD_EXT_CSMP/groups...).
