Vision training

Dear Accident Compensation Corporation,

I received a letter from the optician (referred by ACC) reccomending vision training.

Then letter states something along the lines of "I'm aware it's ACC's policy not to fund vision training."

Could I request a copy of this policy not to fund vision training and the information ACC use in support of this.

Also why would this not be considered complimentary therapy as the ACC fund some complimentary therapies.
