“I am requesting copies of any and all Cabinet papers, submitted between 01 July and 30 Nov 2021, by you or your office as Minister of Defence to Cabinet, referencing either the COVID-19 vaccine and/or the mandating of vaccination for Defence Force staff.

In addition please supply a copy of all papers submitted to cabinet concerning COVID-19 between the same dates."
