Given that it may be stored for two years was the Sabin oral polio vaccine used in Christchurch in 1964 sourced from Europe through USA, direct from USA or direct from Europe.?

We are considering your request for information under the guidelines of
the NZ Ombudsman and against the Official Information Act (1982) section
12(1)a-e) “Right of Access to Certain Official Information” i.e. that the
person requesting the information is:
(a) a New Zealand citizen; or
(b) a permanent resident of New Zealand; or
(c) a person who is in New Zealand; or
(d) a body corporate which is incorporated in New Zealand; or
(e) a body corporate which is incorporated outside New Zealand, but which
has a place of business in New Zealand
