Auckland Transport asked on 9 March 2022 that you please provide us with
more information regarding the "original request" you refer to in your
email request as there were no attachments to the request and no details
regarding the time or date of the location and incident. We advised that
there were no other cases under your name, that you had not provided us
with a previous case number and, we are unable to gather the information
we require to attain the footage without further details.
 
We are unable to provide you with the information you asked for.
 
On 8 March 2022, you asked for unspecified CCTV footage.  Unfortunately,
we have no footage available relating to your request as the footage has
been overwritten.  We only hold footage for up to seven days.
Your request is therefore refused under section 17(e) of the Local
Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA), as the
footage does not exist.  

 You have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review how we’ve responded to
