Dear Calum Lewis (Crown Infrastructure),

I have not requested any specific costing, or any contractual pricing of the project. I have simply asked who was awarded the contract to provide the service.
I believe this to be of public interest, seeing it is being largely paid for with taxpayer dollars. Furthermore, the successful provider has already been appointed, so this would somewhat be common knowledge.
Therefore, if this information is not provided in a timely manner, I will have to refer it to the Ombudsman for review.

Good afternoon Rueben,

 

Thanks for your further email, and I apologise for the delay in getting
back to you. CIP's offices have been closed over the holiday period.

 

I can confirm that information about the providers that submitted tenders
(including names) was refused under the OIA, as at the time of your
request, the procurement process is still underway. I am unable to release
any details around the process.
