COVID-19 natural immunity & vaccine certificates
From: Malcolm France
Dear Chris Hipkins,
I request to be provided with the evidence and facts of the following questions under section 12 of the Official Information Act 1982 ,and The Declaration on Open and Transparent Government as approved by Cabinet on 8 August 2011.
For purposes of this document and attached process, if any, the term “NEW ZEALAND” hereafter NZ means the corporation, and all officers, agents, employees, subdivisions and representatives thereof”
------------------------ -------------------------- ---------------------------------
I request information from you as follows asap in days not weeks.
1) What policy is being followed to allow those with natural immunity (from catching SARS-COV-2 ) without vaccines , that most likely have better immunity than vaccinated, to enable them to have the same "freedoms" and rights as the vaccinated ?
2) Why is there no natural immunity from catching SARS-COV-2 included in medical exemptions for vaccine refusal of vaccine mandates on health and disability, education and corrections workers ?
3) Supply all information on meeting discussions , correspondence, studies, advice, documents etc written or verbal used to make such policy.
As the Minister of COVID-19 Response you will already have these answers to competently do your job, so they should take no time at all. I have prechecked FYI for similar OIAs and found none but if same OIAs exist that have the answers , then forward them, in order to save time .
I look forward to your personal response in the manner and less than the time frame required under the NZ Official Information Act to the above contacts due to urgent nature of topic.
While this may look like part of one question 9 & 10 from my OIA filed on FYI yesterday (10 oct 2021) on vaccine passport justification , it has been asked separately for a reason . So please keep your responses here separate.
