Dear Jason Tamm,
Many thanks for your assistance and clear instructions. A proof of residency will be forwarded at the earliest opportunity next week. Could you please advise if this will be formally documented on the ACC records for any future requests that may require such proof?
Lastly, given that any information that is released under the OI act is deemed 'public', would the Corporation please disclose on FYI.org.nz public forum.
Yours sincerely,
Anthony Jordan

Dear Jason Tamm,
Many thanks for the prompt assistance on this request. Mindful these matters can sometimes appear to have a 'contentious' tone or the like, apologies in advance if this would appear to have such a tone. 1/ Come under the OIA and if so please provide reference to which part of act to justify decision of posting due to privacy
2/ Given concern of 'privacy', would this imply information be excluded from the usual public arena if to be used for either reference purposes, study, statistical purposes or allegations toward the Corporation
3/ If it was disputed that information sought should be disclosed via this sight or other public forum, would this effect the whole request or only part of

Dear Jason Tamm,
Many thanks for information sent via post recently. Two queries:
1/What are the reason(s) for disclosing this information via post rather than public channels i.e. FYI.org.nz? Please provide reference to the OI act legislation to back up your reason(s)
2/ I am uncertain if there has been a misunderstanding where the NATIONAL BMA is concerned. Would the corporation please disclose the identity of the National BMA and where he/she is independent of the usual ACC Employee payroll
Yours sincerely,
Anthony Jordan
