Dear Government Services,
Thank you for your recent reply.
Please accept my sincere and genuine apologies for any impression that may appear to vindicate Dr Collier in any way that is pedantic or malicious.
As a New Zealander suffering Post-Concussion Syndrome and merely a basic knowledge of what would be called 'Bush Law' at best, I am limited in Cognition, Focus and Initiative to researching and find ways to obtain information.
The ACC are not forth coming with any evidence, en light of public's outcry in recent years, about Dr Collier to prove he is or has ever conducted his affairs that pertain to and keep in line with the Contract in which he is obligated to. An Example is how he must have a clinic open to the public that is staffed, ACC released information stating he was no longer in Public Practice.
If the ACC hold a view of Vexatious conduct, maybe it would be helpful, as set out by the act to 'have a duty to assist', point me in the best direction eg (Forum/Independent Body/Minister) to bring a formal complaint/inquiry to Dr Collier, or any other ACC accredited provider for that matter. The medical Council are of no use, they advise to refer to ACC.
Whilst we can go back and forth this doesn't help those in genuine sufferance relating to what is seen by many Claimants, Advocates and Medical Practitioners that Dr Collier's conduct is indeed very questionable where his relationship to ACC is concerned. Note ACC by their own admission has provided evidence to suggest conflict and questionable practices.
You will forgive my brutal assertion that even as a layman, one could not be blamed for been a little antagonized by the Corporation to appear 'Vexatious'.
Any any case, the matters regarding recent refused requests will be bought to the attention of the Ombudsman Office in due course.
Would ACC please advise in the context of refusal relating to Vexatious, does this apply to information solely to Dr John Lewis Collier, any future pending requests to ACC or purely to particular contents of any requests such as income related issues. example. At a mere minimum, would ACC disclose dates of when any audits were carried out to ensure his clinic and registered office of 11 Firth Street Hamilton and 100 Clarence Street were at all times meeting ACC requirements as set out in Provider Contract. (One would imagine to give stakeholders and claimants security, ACC would initiate some sort of independent review to prove Public concerns false)
Please note the Corporation has a duty to assist, I feel there is a thorough base explanation for ACC to understand my intentions and objectives. ACC could simply provide audits to prove compliance.
Yours sincerely,
Anthony Jordan
