Can I please request the CCTV footage for the intersection of Murphy Road
and Guppy Road Napier for yesterday the 19/10/2021 at 2.50 -3.10 as my
vehicle was involved in an accident and I require the information as there
is no witness

INFORMATION REQUIRED: CCTV camera footage of the intersection of Murphy
Road and Guppy Road Napier between 2.50 -3.10 pm. Looking for the accident
involving BLW395 and another vehicle KQW142

the intersection of Murphy Road and Guppy Road, Napier.

 

According to the street maps viewed online, Murphy Road and Guppy Road do
not intersect.

Scott - CCTV footage: 19 October 2021– transfer of request under section
12 of Act

 

1.     With regards to your request for information dated 20 October 2021
regarding CCTV footage: 19 October 2021, the information is not held by
Council as the camera in the Guppy Road/Meeanee Road area is not a Council
controlled camera, but is a Waka Kotahi (NZ Transport Agency) camera.

 

2.     In these circumstances, we are required by section 12 of the Local
Government Official Information and Meetings Act to transfer your request
to this agency.

 

3.     You will hear further from Waka Kotahi (NZ Transport Agency)
concerning your request.
