and government agencies, there is no requirement for agencies to create
new information, compile information they do not hold or provide or prove
an opinion. Your questions and the statements that support them appear
designed to engage in a debate about the Government’s COVID-19 response,
rather than a request for official information. The Act does not support
requests where an opinion, comment, argument, or hypothetical statement is
put to the Ministry for response, couched as a request for information.
These questions are therefore refused under section 18(g) of the Act on
the grounds that the information sought is not held by the Ministry.

Subject: Official Information request - Refusal of treatment by Hospitals

 

Dear Ministry of Health,

Yesterday, at a gathering in Nelson, a 78 year old gentleman, was holding
a sign up, that stated " 78 year old man was refused treatment for cancer
at the hospital, was told "no jab, no treatment"
  I know how the government system works in relation to OIA's, so I am
going to ask you one very simple yes-no question.

The Question.
Should the New Zealand taxpayer, whose lifetime of work, has funded and
staffed the entire hospital and medical system in this country, expect to
be refused treatment because they haven't taken a vaccine for a disease
with a 99.XX% survival rate?. This is a yes-no question, so don't start
with the "opinion" or "rhetoric" rubbish.

Here's the opinion section. To refuse an elderly man treatment for a
disease with a 5-10% survival rate, because he doesn't want your
experimental jab for a disease with a proven 99.XX% survival rate, is the
most cowardly, inhumane, despicable act, I think I have witnessed in my
lifetime. The Labour Govt's obvious ineptitude in their response to Covid
has revealed it's true intentions as a party. Grabbing power, signing
orders for things that have nothing to do with the immediate situation,
and all the time repeating the same mantra ad nauseum... "we are your
source of truth, we are your source of truth, we are your source of truth"
Well, it's time to share some of that truth with us Labour, will your new
medical apartheid New Zealand, be refusing treatments at publicly funded
hospitals if people aren't jabbed with the experimental gene shot?
