After further investigation we have determined that the Ministry of
 Justice is unable to provide you with the information you have requested
 as we are not aware of any enquiry that has been made into transferring
 District Court files paper-based to an electronic system.
 
As such, we will be declining your request under section 18(e) of the
 Official Information Act 1982.
 
If you are not satisfied with my response, you have the right to complain
 to the Ombudsman under section 28(3) of the Act. The Ombudsman may be
