Dear Daniel Martin,

The PDF response is scanned upside down, and not OCR'd.  Please correct
this. 

This response claims: "The Ministry of Health (The Ministry) monitors
trends in international COVID cases and pandemic response and regularly
informs me of key information"

 

The above statement is entirely contradicted by a recent disclosure from
the Ministry of Health: "Please note, the Ministry does not hold [COVID]
information regarding other countries. As such, this part of your request
is refused under section 18(g)(i) as the information requested is not held
by the Ministry and there are no grounds for believing it is held by
another agency subject to the Act." -- MOH reference H202115143 -

From this, It seems that the minister and/or The Ministry of Health are
not being truthful.  Can you please state who is correct and note this
matter will be followed up with Chris Hipkins, Ministry of Health and
Office of the Ombudsman.

 

* "Countries that are showing waves of cases where vaccination rates are
high-such as Portugal, Iceland, Singapore, the United Kingdom - have been
included in several of the Ministry's weekly international perspectives
reports. Each report provides a breakdown of current case trends,
vaccination rates, hospitalisations and deaths, and public health measures
by country. These are provided to me each week."

 

Based on this statement, The Ministry of Health has provided false
information (MOH reference H202115143). I will follow this up with The
Ministry of Health and the Office of the Ombudsman.

 

The request was for for copies of this reporting. Chris Hipkins stated
that these reports are provided to him weekly, but copies have not been
provided. Please provide this reporting.

 

* "Providing relevant reports that feature high vaccination rates would
require significant collation, therefore the Minister is refusing this
part of your request under section 18(1) as the information requested
cannot be made available without substantial collation or research. The
greater public interest is in the Ministry of Health and my office to be
able to continue to lead the pandemic response."

 

Several countries do release data this way in their reports, regularly or
otherwise. Is Chris Hipkins not aware of these reports? Even if the data
was not released with this information pre-compiled: How does Chris
Hipkins expect to form and advocate evidence-based policies without
monitoring such data? If it is not the role of Chris Hipkins to form and
advocate such evidence-based policies, whose role is it? Seems like a lot
of finger-pointing between Chris Hipkins and The Ministry of Health, each
assuming that the other is responsible for researching, forming,
advocating, and enacting evidence-based public health policies. It seems
that no one is in the driver's seat, at least no one who is ostensibly
responsible for public health policy.

 

* "The Ministry monitors the effects of the pandemic in other countries.
Sources include public data on deaths, hospitalisations and infections and
how these are being reduced by vaccination roll-outs; scientific
literature, reports on how the virus is mutating and changing in other
countries; and information from global networks such as the World Health
Organization. The Ministry works directly with their counterparts in
Australia to better understand the effects of the pandemic there, and to
learn from their experience in minimising its effects. Our pandemic
response is also informed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' analysis of
reports from its network of embassies and consulates."

 

Again, this is entirely contradicting The Ministry of Health's recent
claims that they do not hold COVID information regarding other countries
("and there are no grounds for believing it is held by another agency
subject to the Act"), and again highlight the finger-pointing between
Chris Hipkins and The Ministry of Health, each assuming that the other is
responsible for evidence-based public health policies. I will raise this
issue with The Ministry of Health and the Office of the Ombudsman.

 

People receiving vaccinations are provided with information sheets and the
opportunity to ask questions. These info sheets can be found online on the

It seems that significant risks are not mentioned in these information
sheets, and these information sheets also fail to state that there is no
long-term safety data; this is a crime against humanity, especially
considering that, by nature of not having long-term safety or efficacy
data, these are experimental treatments, and especially considering that
people are being coerced by government policies to be subject to these
experimental treatments. These information sheets also fail to state that
the "absolute risk reduction" is less than 1%, based on data collected
over the first two months of human trials, and that duration of efficacy
appears to be limited to a few months. This raises grave questions about
informed consent, especially in regards to the experimental status of
these treatments and the government's coercion that they be used.

 

* "The government is satisfied that it is acting in accordance with the
Medicines Act 1981. In addition, where requirements are imposed under the
COVID-19 Public Health Response Act 2020, all Orders are assessed for
compliance with the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act 1990 (NZBORA) and an
Order will only be made by myself as the Minister for COVID-19 Response if
compliant with the NZBORA."

 

This response means the Minister has just made himself personally liable
and culpable for human rights violations and war crimes; COVID-19
inoculations and culpability for human rights violations, crimes against
humanity, and/or war crimes -

* "There has been no cost/benefit analysis conducted. However, the
original benefit/risk assessment for the Comirnaty vaccine has been
released in a previous OIA response from the Ministry:

This is based on two month studies that are now over a year old. The
document cited notes "Uncertainties", and provides an incomplete list of
uncertainties. Not included in that list is information about preventing
disease transmission; this is critical, since it's now the cornerstone of
justifying the "mandated" use of these treatments in NZ. Other concerns
not mentioned there include risks of ADE/VAED, OAS, and other long-term
risks that can not be assessed at this time. That section further states:
"Summary - The benefit risk balance of Comirnaty (COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine)
for active immunisation to prevent coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19)
caused by SARS-CoV-2, in individuals 16 years of age and older, is not
clear. At this stage, there is evidence only for short-term protection,
and longer-term safety data are lacking. However, experience with the
vaccine is accumulating rapidly." That document further states "Safety and
efficacy have not been established in children under 16 years of age."
Section "IX" on pages 97-98 appears to be a redacted list known adverse
effects and/or commentary about adverse effects.

 

So, there's been no attempt to conduct a cost/benefit analysis, and the
risk/benefit analysis defers to old data that absolutely fails to
demonstrate, at least for most people, that there is any benefit that
outweighs risks.

 

Given this gene therapy has now been approved for children even though we
know it has caused a number of deaths including a 13 year old this
information is now very important.  As a starting point I can provide a
Pfizer document so that the Ministry of Health can warn parents
considering this gene therapy for children that there are ten pages of
serious side effects.  Please acknowledge you have receipt of the Pfizer
cumulative analysis report and let me know you are now warning people of
these signfiicant risks.
