Who shut down incident report numbers PO48 048 112 and PO48069335
T. Benseman made this Official Information request to New Zealand Police
The request was refused by New Zealand Police.
From: T. Benseman
Kia Ora New Zealand Police,
Who shut down incident report numbers PO48 048 112 and PO48069335 and given one of the suspects has a firearms licence, and is suspected of violent vandalism and has a history of suicidal calls to the police, why is that person left with guns today? And also, why has a case number not been established for the above incident numbers now more than a week later after various phone calls, emails and official complaints? And finally, why have Police not issued trespass notices against the suspects mentioned in the above incident numbers, basically allowing them to possess the half destroyed house which has a legally registered Instrument Number on the Legal Title.
Thank you for creating Safer Communities together.
